I was using them since 6-7 months (or maybe more) and there were no issues. These guys claim they are US card provider but the cards dont work at many US Merchants, I've told them this many times but it was also working with some other
merchants.<br />

Because merchants dont accept their card and billing addresses I set, merchants always cancel the orders and refund me. Plus, I also had some a few legit returns and refunds as well. BUT ALL ARE LEGIT!! However, I believe the story begins here. Because the merchants refunded me, they flagged my account and I got an email saying that "My account is suspended" 3 days ago (after 6-7 months of using services) with no further notification or detail.<br />

I've sent them numerous emails, of course they never replied back. I don't want to use the system ok, don't allow me to create a new card but HOW DO YOU KEEP MY MONEY AND GO AWAY?<br />

At the moment, my account has 2800+ cash inside and I've some returns to merchants which is about 2000+ and ALL my orders have been messed up.<br />

I'm not able to pay my rent right now because I've trusted them and uploaded all my cash to system to use it at local merchants and paying my AirBNB etc.<br />

I've started talking to Sutton Bank and going to fill complaints at BBB, some other regulators, make posts at forums like reddit etc and I'm also planning to file a police report if I don't hear from them soon, because this is a crime. Also I've seen that their office address is not a real one, I went to the address under their website but there were no company like that.<br />

They've written everyone here that "contact [removed by editor] but they NEVER RESPOND. DON'T BELIEVE THEM!<br />

Edit: I am able to find their customer service phone number and will publish it for other people who are having the same issues.
