They sent me a damaged item in the wrong color than what I ordered. I sent very clear photos of my order vs what I received. Instead of apologizing for sending the wrong color/damaged item, they told me to consider sewing it. They told me sending it
back would be very expensive but they’re the ones who sent the wrong item. Why should I have to pay for their mistake?
