Ordered a sofa on the basis it would arrive the first week in December. I ordered it on November 14 . I still don't have it . I've called and emailed several times to find out where it is. They just keep telling that there looking into it. I told
them this morning that if they can not give me concrete information my sofa then I will be requesting a refund or Legal action will be taken.
