Did not credit $170 dollars that was owed to me. My withdrawal request is still pending and its been 46 hours. Contacted customer support multiple times yesterday and today via email and Live chat. I was asked to complete identity verification and I
submitted photos 5 times according to subsection, "Identity verification " listed on their website at : <br />

"How to complete the verification process if I deposit, win and try to withdraw the amount?<br />
In that case, all you need to do is to provide a selfie while holding your ID Card, and that is pretty much it. After that, we will evaluate the documents and approve them instantly if everything is right."<br />
I sent a photo of myself holding my ID card 5 times, along with photos of my ID CARD FRONT AND BACK. <br />
My identity verification is still declined. Then live chat support says " Do you have any other selfies" ? <br />
My withdrawal request should have been approved and processed by now.<br />
Last time I tried to withdrawal they said that I didn't have enough money to complete my request for $85 so I asked for $75 and they ended up paying me $77 and I lost the remainder of my account balance. <br />
BITBETWIN.AZ a SCAM website AND THEY'LL GIVE YOU EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY. I'D LIKE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST BITBETWIN.AZ and their fraudulent business practices. Thank you.
