Flannels used to have bad reviews in the past years which have refrained me from buying anything of them. Unfortunately for me, I broke this rule and paid the consequences full on. I purchased roughly a week ago a designer handbag on their site.
When I checked my email, I noticed the order had been cancelled. So I placed it again. Checked my email again, and again the order had been cancelled. I spent the whole day trying to re-purchase that handbag, but I was given a security error. I wrote in the evening to CS and the team who looks after online purchases, and they replied to me the following day saying if I wanted to purchase the bag I had to pay it full price (the day before was discount of 700 pounds). The most ridiculous excuse to cancel my orders was that I had used two different address for billing/shipping. It comes without saying this is NOT true. The worse thing is that they did hold the money from the two transactions, and this was over 3000 pounds for few days. My husband's bank account went to overdraft, I did explain this to them, I emailed them to sort out the situation, they are so rubbish that did not ever bother replying back to me. For sure, they will never see me, my family again. This is not the way you do treat customers. FLANNELS do not bother trying to reply back to this review and try to sort things out, it's too late now. I will not respond. I only want to make other customers aware of what they could face.
