I paid for a subscription with Bitcoin, which is the only way, and they just took my crypto without honoring my subscription. There is no customer service directly with them either to address it. They have some third party system of payment and they
told me they never got the payment yet I have the receipt on my crypto[removed by editor] app. I showed them and they still said they have no indication of payment
