After buying a product, I receive an e-mail that the last one they had in stock has been sold to another customer. Which does not seem coherent to me that they sell something without taking into account the amount they have. They offer me a discount
on any other model and what is my surprise that this model is not sold out and is still on sale. I reply to the e-mail explaining what happened and requesting a refund and waiting for a response. Very dissatisfied with the way of proceeding and slowness.
