I have been waiting for a watch strap for more than 2 months. I was informed 3 times that the strap would arrive and would leave the very next day to me.. contacts: 1) was a mistake in regards to delivery 2) will be shipped on the very next day 3)
we did a mistake and we reordered already Max 12th of March you will get it 4) 18th of March we should have it in our warehouse.. no reply! 2 months, It’s probably the worst customer service ever, I’m even doubting that they have the contracts with hirsch.. they don’t care at all! So bad, there is no follow up, no apologies.. knowing that there is a history to the issue.. At least the Spanish oCarat its very bad. So disappointed.
