I have been using Viewer Labs for over a year now. When I first started using them, they were phenomenal. I had no issues, and I rarely ever had to contact customer support, and when I did, they ALWAYS fixed my issues.
Now they are honestly just
deceitful and do not help at all. As of this writing I have been lied to about their service. I have been told they are having issues with their Proxy Provider and that is the issue for their under delivery issues. I currently have 3 plans with them, totaling 300 live viewers. I do not receive more than 20/300 live viewers.<br />

Their reasoning for their issues is always changing, one day I was told it was the Proxy Provider and they can send a boost, another day it's because Twitch pushed an update and now their bot is being worked on so the issue will be fixed in a couple hours. Then the next day it's back to the Proxy Provider, but THIS time they cannot send a boost and "hopefully" it will be fixed soon.<br />

In the past they have told me that they can provide a boost in order to fix the issues. Now I am being told that I cannot have any boosts done, nor will compensation be given for the down time. For the last 2 weeks they have told me the issue is their Proxy Provider, yet their Service Status page does not reflect this issue<br />

So beware if you purchase this bot, you WILL get under delivery problems, you WILL have customer support lie to you and tell you that they will boost your viewers if you experience any problems. But once you purchase their plans, then actually ask for a boost, they will tell you that they cannot provide a boost, and their issues "should " be fixed within a couple of hours. I have proof of all of these conversations, they simply do not care.<br />

Same day edit: The owner banned me after leaving this review, I do have screenshots of all of the support conversations, and evidence showing my viewers were severely under delivered. The reason the owner banned me was for leaving "false reviews". He also admitted that he has a monopoly on all of the other view bots so me being banned means I am also banned from all of the other viewbots on Google. I have proof of all of the conversations, and him admitting he's going to try and get this review removed.
