They have no customer service to speak of. There is no direct line or a number to call, you are stuck with an email form and hoping that someone gets back to you.
I ordered a couple things for a friend because she just HAD to get them from this
site [it looked like a scam when I saw the page, but whatever]. So I ordered her gifts, and after a couple weeks, I was contacted that they were out of stock on an item and asked for me to select something else to replace it. So I did, no harm there. Except every other item I selected was ALSO out of stock-- not sure why a site would list out of stock items live but it's a scam site so there answers the question I guess. After I selected something else that was finally in stock, they said they would ship out the entire order together. I had already been waiting a couple weeks and had hoped to get at least ONE thing I ordered.<br />
And I did get one thing-- about a month later. Just the one thing. Nothing else. I reached out to their customer service email asking about the missing product and they assured me it was on it's way. I understand that the mail service has been hectic this year so I didn't want to be a jerk about it. So I waited another month and still got nothing.<br />
I reached out again about the issue and said that I would just like to have a refund for the second item since it was never received and honestly I felt like I was being given the run-around by this hellsite. I explained that we no longer needed the item anyway since it never showed up and that we moved on to something else. <br />

I have email them every day for a week now... no response.
