I would just like to say how truthfully frustrating it has been dealing with this company. Back on May 28, 2020, I purchased a sizable order. Within a few hours I was told via email that one of the items I had ordered was in fact not available. This
was, of course, after they had charged my paypal account. They then tried to ask if I could exchange that item for a different one instead of just simply refunding the amount for that item. I initially agreed to their term as they offered a voucher for me to get another item that was originally worth a little bit more. When I received my package, I tried everything on and the item that had been originally exchanged out did not fit. I then requested a refund and was given a huge run-around on how they were not able to give me a full refund (even though it was within their refund policy timeframe) and instead stated that in order to get the full refund that I would have to pay for shipping to some warehouse in China (something at the time that would have costed more than the item was worth). They then offered to pay me $10 and told me to sell the item on Ebay if I wanted to get all my money back. I regretfully agreed to this term.<br />

It's been over a month and I STILL have not received that measly $10 credit. All this to say, if you want to order from this company, do so at your own risk. Their refund policy is an utter joke and they will not make things at all convenient for you. Be warned.<br />
