A relative bought an inexpensive item from an 'associate company' and was subsequently enrolled in a chargeable subscription service billed monthly by HYDRAEYECARE[removed by editor] who they'd never done any business with.
There is no record of
any agreement to participate in the subscription, or indeed how to get the supposed discount. and the original order was placed with a company of a different name. It is hard to know how to avoid this, but I'd advise reading every bit of small print you can find if you are tempted to sign up for a discount scheme during a checkout process.
