30JUN20: The company finally got back to me 24JUN to offer a refund for the product, so I'm editing my review. 4-stars for the program itself because it will convert audio for music, but it does not work for iTunes video conversion. I am however,
leaving it at 3-stars due to the combination of that and the performance of customer service, who only responded after I wrote a poor review. This program might be good for audio, but it leaves much to be desired for video conversion. I have left my original review below for reference.<br />

21JUN20: I have sent multiple emails asking for a follow up and still have not received even a COURTESY REPLY. It has been a month and a half (May 12) since I began having issues with not being able to use the software on iTunes movies, and it has STILL not been resolved. I have been waiting patiently for a result, but ignoring my requests for a follow up to avoid issuing a refund is a very shady business practice. I have not heard from the support team in over a month despite my many attempts to contact someone. I don't know where all their "positive reviews" come from, but this is absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE for a legitimate business practice to behave in such a manner.
