I ordered and got not only a low quality item, but a different color and style than I ordered. Before my order, I had read their return & exchange policy. It covered instances such as wrong item sent, quality issues, and late delivery. Nevertheless,
they said my issues were not covered by their own policy; I was offered at most a 30% store credit, I believe. I tried three times and got 3 different versions of NO. I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company.
