They will "Send" out your package, delay it in Customs cause it is shipped from Hong Kong and not provide the necessary information to clear customs for several days.
Then proceed to make sure you
never receive your package with the courier. Seems like this is a Combined effort by FedEX and Razer as they have a contract with each other.<br />

All they will tell you is to wait, that the delivery is today and will be delivered today without it actually being delivered, has been set to deliver for today for over a week now.
