I placed an order several weeks ago, and it was not clear at the time that I placed the order that it wouldn't ship for weeks. I tried contacting them, and the email said "3-4 business days" for a response, which was a lie. It wasn't until I filed a
charge dispute with my bank that they finally responded. Turns out that their system entered the item as a pre-order, which is a mistake on their end, and they won't make it right. I asked them to cancel it and give me the money back. They cancelled it and issued a gift card in the midst of discussion. So now there is no product or money. They should be ashamed of themselves.
