I placed an order for several albums for my son for his birthday totaling around $320. I placed the order two weeks in advance of his birthday and paid for expedited shipping. Nothing arrived. Only that the package still hadn't shipped. I had to
reach out multiple times before I could get an initial response. For nearly six weeks, I've been receiving emails from various representatives (someone different each time with exactly the same wording) all saying the same thing: nothing. Well, okay, something to the effect of, "We're sorry for the inconvenience. We're working on finding the items to fulfill your order. If you'd like to cancel this order, please do." If you don't have the product, I recommend that you not proceed with the marketing. Once I finally agreed to cancel my order, I was able to find the albums easily and they've already been delivered. Additionally, the prices they claimed were "deeply discounted" were MORE than the prices I paid elsewhere. Merchbar has informed me that they refuse to refund the expedited shipping charge for the package they never sent. And I STILL haven't received their promised refund for the products never delivered. They've lost a customer.
