My elderly father ordered flowers for his first great grandchild not only did they never arrive but multiple times when I tried to get in contact with this organization, I got the runaround people saying they would connect me to their logistics
department. Their logistics department would sometimes call me back saying they would look into it, I dealt with three different people saying the logistics department would call me back and three times I had to start the process over again. I finally got a number for the main office. They put me on hold for so long. I agreed to a callback number. When they called back….next day and I was next in line, they hung up on me.<br />
All I want is for them to credit back my father‘s credit card that shouldn’t be so hard. This company needs to be reported and shut down.
