They are truly the most frustrating people imaginable. I really hope they locate this individual. After I returned an item, they sent me the exact same product back, despite my efforts to document everything with pictures. It was strange because
customer service claimed they either couldn't receive the photos or hadn't gotten them at all. Regardless, I ended up paying $140 for the return shipping, while they only covered $75 to send it to my home. Quite curious, isn't it? And now they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee...
