I was looking for someone who has a sepa debit direct recipient (SDD) service.
Through Mr. Lucas from Wire walet I got a contact from Avi from Ibanly.
Avi from Ibanly negotiated with me for 20 days that he could finish and activate the SDD service,
but only after paying 4000.00 euros.<br />
We negotiated for days and in the end Avi confirmed in an email that if I pay 4000.00 euros, he will activate my SDD.<br />
He also confirmed to me by email that if he does not activate SDD, he will return the 4000.00 euros.<br />
I paid 4000.00 euros on 05/22/2024.<br />
Then Avi withdraws and redirects all communication to LuCas.<br />
Every day they asked me for new documentation, account statements, video verifications, official translations for documents from the company, etc.<br />
Even though I sent them the requested documentation and before payment, they kept asking for additional documents for about 60 days, an additional document every 7 days.<br />
At one point, they told me to pay another 4,000.00 euros for 6 months in advance of account management costs,<br />
I asked if SDD was active, they said no, but the other services were.<br />
I said that I never asked for any service except SDD and that I have an account in Croatia with all services except SDD (and I told them that and stressed it constantly in every communication).<br />
Then they said that we will wait for Sdd.<br />
I sent emails and they answered superficially and never concretely, and often they did not answer at all for the last 30 days.<br />
Seeing that they kept me in the wrong for 20+ 90 days, I requested the termination of cooperation and a refund of 4,000.00 euros, as we agreed, if I don't have an active SDD service, they will refund my money.<br />
I received a superficial answer that the bank refused to approve the SDD service and that we will hear from you in the near future.<br />

I wrote that I am not interested in stories and that they return my money peacefully as agreed.<br />
I told them that I will take them to court and post on all the Forums, Google that they are scammers.<br />
They no longer call and do not return the money, nor have they activated SDD.<br />
I have an email correspondence of about 200 emails to confirm all my statements.<br />
