They have given me the runaround for days now first the “customer service “ guy said they only award points for surveys already taken on the 1st and the 15th of each month but that’s a bold faced LIE cause on the 8th of August I took a few
surveys and one of them was credited which put me at 840 points just 35 points shy of what I need to cash out!!!! But that left me with about 5 surveys pending and of course the points from one of the pending surveys is 100 so if they only award points on the first and the 15th ALL of the surveys from the 8th would still be pending!!! And the BS excuses from the customer service department stopped at “we only award points on the 1st and 15th” and now I can’t get a response back after I sent screenshots of the points that were credited on the 8th!!
