Took my payment. Did not receive the merchandise they claim their courier delivered. Let them know and they said they'd send a replacement order. Did not receive the merchandise they claim their courier delivered... again. Let them know and they
offered a partial refund. (They also refused to say what courier allegedly delivered both packages.) I refused a partial payment, telling the I wanted the merchandise or a total refund. They agreed to a total refund in 15-25 working days. Surprise!!! It never came.
