I placed an order on 27 May and then quickly realised that I wasn't going to get 3 dresses before I went on holiday and so I cancelled it immediately, before it was processed. I contacted them every day to cancel the order and after 2 weeks they
told me the supervisor didn't have time to cancel the order!! I have asked for a return label and a full refund - the most they are offering is a 35% discount on my next order !
