Purchased for my 2024 Kia. Rear mats would not fit properly. After working with customer service they claimed, "It may be due to some measurement in a 3D scanning machine, it did not fit as expected." Instead of offering me to return the rear mats
and refunding the difference in price, they offered me a 10% refund and 10% off my next order. In my case, the rear mats costs me an additional $60 dollars and a 10% refund only comes to $16.09. Cannot recommend this company.
