I have subscribed to the VIP subscription the last month and I have cancelled it the last month now at the beginning of this month I've found that was an amount 10 USD and when I try to contact them to tell them about the money that was deducted
from my account they told me that it was their policy that they have no refunds I have no problem with their policy my problem is that how was the money deducted from my account after deactivating the subscription how was the subscription reactivated?
