Ordered products for Mother's Day and paid for expedited and VIP shipping. Product did not arrive. I contacted customer service through email and was told they were behind due to increase in orders. Each time I emailed I was told the same thing and
asked to wait a week. <br />

I ordered on April 29th and on May 27 they sent me an email with a tracking number. The tracking number did not give any valuable information. It seemed fake. None of the items I ordered have been received despite what the fake tracking number said. In my opinion and based on my experience this is a horrible company and I do not reccoomend anyone to order products from them.
