I've ordered twice from ScentSplit. The first time, there were no issues, although they are slow to ship and on the expensive side. On my second order, the package was not delivered. After submitting a successful claim with UPS, ScentSplit has gone
radio silent on me. It seems they are happy to take your money, but when an issue arises, they are nowhere to be found.<br />

Somehow, they are finding plenty of time to post on Twitter and other social media. I guess if they have time to post online, so do I.<br />

Do not shop with ScentSplit, as they have terrible customer service. If things go right, you might be okay, but I'm out several hundred dollars at the moment. Don't be like me. Just use someone else.
