I ordered 1 pair of glasses and when the invoice showed up in my email it showed I had order 4 sets of glasses plus a maintenance contract. I never authorized any of it. I then tried to cancel the order 2 minutes later they told me the order had
been completed which was total crap. So from point when I completed the order it took me exactly 5 minutes to contact the service department to try to cancel the order. The contact with the service department was by email and their response to my cancellation was by sending me a canned message. I know they were using canned messages because I sent 2 messages and the 2 different service reps used the same fake response.
