I ordered on the 7th for an international delivery on the 11th. Since the delivery was to be in Indonesia, I included the recipient's phone number as well as the [removed by editor] number and asked that they call prior to making the delivery. I
received a prompt email confirmation. The tracking screen, on their site was of no use. There was no contact number that I could find nor was the specific florist listed on the confirmation. I email several times but never got a response at all. It is now the 15th, in Indonesia and there has been no call, no follow up email messages, and no delivery. Luckily I paid through an escrow account and was able to get my money back very quickly.
