I'm amazed that Dusk[removed by editor] has mostly positive reviews. I ordered a bed and mattress in good faith and was happy with the estimated delivery window they gave me as it seemed reasonable. BUT, they haven't followed their own process of
emailing with the detail for that delivery (window now expiring) and there are seemingly no humans in customer service to respond to my enquiries. Everything about this experience shouts 'fraudulent', hence my opening remark. <br />
Avoid like the plague would be my advice, and never buy anything from a company that doesn't have a customer service phone number.
