I ordered a product and they indicated it had been delivered. After many emails back and forth, they finally agreed it was an error on their part and offered me a 50% refund as they were experiencing 'financial loss'. After many more emails they
agreed to a full refund.... weeks passed and many more follow up emails were exchanged and each time I was advised that it was in the works, then their financial system was down and was in the process of being fixed. 6 months have now passed and I still have yet to see a refund and the responses to my inquiries no longer get a response. STAY AWAY!!!!
