I ordered and supported since last year in hopes to get it before Christmas for gifts. I was told the package was delivered and never received the product.
I called Canada Post who advised I needed to call FYL to file a report from their end. I
did and never heard from their customer service team until I had to follow up for an update. <br />

No apologies for any delays for for my awful experience and no one has decided to help rectify the situation. <br />
