Uso incorrecto de opinión

I ordered a product from them in October 2023, and after waiting 3 months to get it (January 2024) the item was not even the right one. I then decided to email them about it but after 1 week still no answer from them. They eventually answered after
about two weeks later threatning me that if I didn't answer them within a day my order complaint would be cancelled. I answered them on the day but they blocked my emails and won't refund me. This is in my opinion outrageous and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!
