My experience with B-parts has unfortunately been a complete disappointment. I ordered a tailgate from them before Christmas, expecting relatively quick delivery according to the information on their website. Unfortunately, it took a whole 15 days
before I received the product, much longer than promised.<br />

Problems began when I was informed that I had to pick up the package at the nearest Meny store instead of having it delivered home as agreed. The tailgate turned out to be so large that it couldn't fit in my car, forcing me to borrow a trailer and pay extra for transport.<br />

When I finally opened the package, frustration reached its peak as it turned out that the tailgate did not fit my car, despite providing the chassis number when ordering to avoid errors[removed by editor]munication with B-parts has been extremely ineffective and frustrating. Despite repeated attempts to return the product and arrange for pickup, it took a full 7 days before the package was collected, and even then, by the wrong company. The information I received was conflicting and confusing, and it seemed like nobody there had control over the situation.<br />

Most frustrating of all is that B-parts refuses to refund me the shipping costs to Norway, despite it being their fault that I received the wrong product. Having to pay 1500 kr for shipping to Norway is acceptable according to their terms, but it's completely unfair when they are responsible for the mistake.<br />

Overall, this purchase has been a disaster. I've wasted time, money, and energy on a product I couldn't use, all because of B-parts' lack of professionalism and disregard for customer needs. I strongly advise everyone against buying from this company unless they want to experience similar problems and frustrations. It's simply not worth the risk.
