history of what paddle did with our business:<br />

They have limited our account on 31/03/2023 and asked some information to verify the business although our business account was based on hosting industry, have submitted the request information and they replied:<br />

(Unfortunately, based on the level of associated risk, we will be closing your account on effective immediately.<br />
<br />
Based on the amount of risk associated with your account we are mandated to hold any payouts that haven't already been released to you yet for a period of 180 days.<br />
<br />
In the event that you receive any chargebacks or disputes against transactions that we are holding, we will also be mandated to extend the payout release date an additional 180 days from the issuance date of the chargeback. This is to ensure your continued financial support of the risk exposure associated with your account and so we can avoid a negative balance and subsequent adverse action being taken against your account.<br />

We are hoping to have your payouts released to you as soon as possible; however, as previously mentioned each chargeback will unfortunately reset your payout release date an additional 180 days. We encourage you to reach out to any customers who might issue chargebacks and do what is needed to ensure their satisfaction so that we can get these payouts out to you as early as possible.)<br />

We have waited 180 days and requested to payout the hold balance as they promising to make payment after 180 days but they refused and don't make any payment and replied below:<br />

(I apologise for our delayed response. We needed to complete an in-depth review to determine if we are able to release the final balance on the account.<br />
Unfortunately, after the review, we are unable to release the final balance due to the inconsistencies that were found. We are unable to go any further into the reasoning behind the decision. The decision on this matter is final.<br />
Should a time come where we are able to release the final balance, we will contact you prior to ensure we have the correct banking details.)<br />

After that email till now they have not replied back to us . We have contact to main support email but they won't replied back .<br />
<br />
As note we have all evidence including emails from Mr Kevin who was responsible for risk team that he has initially promised for payout but after 180 days refused with no reason.
