STAY AWAY FROM WELHOF!
We ordered a wash-dryer last May. It broke down in December. When I got in touch with Welhof they told me to get in contact with Samsung directly to arrange a repair. Samsung told me that they
are not responsible for Welhof repairs so they asked me to contact Welhof again. To arrange a repair appointment took weeks, and once the appointment was made, they did not show up. After they finally picked up the machine, they did not have spare parts for the repair and offered me to replace it. None of the available machines on their website were comparable (most of them were much more expensive) and they refused to refund me. I eventually chose a cheaper machine (still waiting to get the money for the difference back). They never delivered the machine. Today was the 4th delivery attempt, which once again failed (I had to take several days off work to make sure I am home). Nobody got in touch with us to explain why. Last time, the delivery person left although we already let him into the hallway because we did not meet him immediately downstairs. He told a neighbour he was unable to deliver the machine because he couldn't find a parking spot. The other times they didn't show up - with no excuse). Customer service can only be reached via [removed by editor] and started ignoring me entirely (I had to write from another phone number to receive any response). We still don't have a wash-dryer, and it is unclear whether we will get refunded. We will now get a lawyer involved. This company is a scam, customer service is completely indifferent, their products are broken, and their delivery service does not function. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.
