i have tried to call their customer services every day for a week, several time a day, and they never answer the phone, ive called all their stores several times and its the same ! ive emailed them every day and not got any response. reason being
that i've paid them over £400.00 for clothing which i havent received, not to mention that i need to change my order aswell because the sizes i picked are all wrong. So, i am now waiting for too long for clothes that are not going to fit me, and theres nothing i can do but keep waiting. ive writen asking to change my order or cancel it, and no response .
