I booked 2 tickets online with my debit Visa but the amount was above my card limit so the site said "payment cannot be processed, limit exceeded". I called my bank, raised my limit and proceeded to book the same tickets again. When I checked my
bank account, BOTH payments went through. Now I have 4 tickets for two people on the same freaking plane. So basically if they have your card info, they will charge it even when they say they don't. If you need to settle anything with lucky2go, don't try to contact them they are practically ghosts. You need to contact ESKY!! search for the esky customer service number. I did talk with a very helpful guy there, once I made it clear the issue was with their sh*tty system and not my problem/mistake, he agreed to cancelation AND refund. I'm still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later but I have an email saying that it is coming. I'll believe it when I see it. Do yourself a favor, use a more reputable site like Expedia.
