I placed an order for 3 games on the 22nd of December 2023. 2 of the 3 games I purchased could be unlocked on Steam with no problems, however, the 3rd game could not be unlocked due to the Steam key being "region-locked". (The game is not blocked in
my country, just the use of that particular key.)<br />

I have reached out to customer support multiple times via email and also via their official Discord server. The only response I received did nothing to solve the problem and instead tried to blame Steam.<br />
<br />
It has been (almost) 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to receive a replacement key or a refund.
