Ordered a over belt beginning of December. Now a month in the belt did not arrive. Helpdesk is not responding to my messages anymore and last email received was with an advice to contact the shipping company. Which was already done and they refer to
sender. Despite good responsiveness at the beginning now parcel is concluded as at destination. Still no belt. Paid 135 euros in advance.
