I paid for expedited shipping. The item still hasn't arrived. They claim they are still within timeline and won't refund shipping. I also cannot return items. One customer service person told me to call another company, one just hung up, and the
last told me an arrival date that hadn't happened yet was clearly stated on website (it is not) so they won't even refund the shipping.
