After being 5 years customer, purchasing hundreds of items from this store, I am disappointed by the way they handle my complaint. I purchased a NEWMAN stem, which has a design or manufacturing failure - front part was smaller than rear part.
Resulted in creating marks in carbon handlebars even used recommended torque of 5 nm. See attached photos. I requested compensation for damaged handlebars and money return for stem. Instead, I received a voucher for the price of stem[removed by editor]munication with store goes nowhere, they say the voucher is act of goodwill and even they said now, that the complaint was rejected, they did receive from NEWMAN new stem as replacement of my defective one. Then for argument that if they have new stem for my money, they should return me my money, they claim the replacement stem was act of goodwill from NEWMAN and therefore they cannot return money. Makes no sense at all.<br />

- be aware, if you pay it more less works, they ship you goods manufactured by somebody else and just charge you a margin for it. But if there is an issue, they will use any possible arguments, which makes no sense to push the problem back to you<br />
- as they say they rejected the complaint, they may continue selling defective NEWMAN stem(s), which is deforming handlebars and could potentially cause its breakage and fatal crash
