They take your money and then never send anything claiming parts are "out of stock". Then why am I being charged? Second month in a row they've done this. It's been over a month since the charge and nothing in the mail. Customer service is slow and
atrocious with it being obvious they simply don't care. Ridiculous. I have no idea how this company stays in business.
