I did not receive the Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista I ordered and was charged for. The phone number Hediso customer service provided in their notification the order was shipped is not a working number. Their customer service department has not replied to
any of my emails. I filed a dispute with PayPal in the end. After a month, I'm still don't have the product or a refund. I can't yet tell if this a scam or a very bad company to deal with. But the word "fraud" definitely comes to mind.
