I was contacted on Facebook Messenger by a Hamozy[removed by editor] representative named Lu Shang about making a purchase that I would get a full refund for after the item was shipped. I was told they were doing this as a way to promote their site
and generate more sales for search rankings. I placed an order using PayPal credit using a PayPal link found on the hamozy[removed by editor] checkout page, for a pair of Segway electric skates listed on the site on October 24th. After placing my order Lu Shang gave me an order confirmation which was my email with #539. The next day Lu Shang then told me I needed to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund which was not the way I was told the refund would be handled but I filled the dispute as it was the only way to get my money back and I was assured my product would ship in a few days and I would get my refund. Well after much back and forth and getting the run around from Lu Shang I was eventually informed that my order had been cancelled on October 31st although the cancellation had order #538 instead of #539 like the confirmation had. Again after much back and back forth I was repeatedly told I would receive my refund especially considering I wouldn’t be receiving the item I ordered. I still have not gotten my refund and now for the last three days Lu Shang has stopped responding to my messages. Well, since Lu Shang stopped responding I tried emailing the contact address on the site’s contact page [removed by editor] That email failed to deliver because webdelivery wasn’t able to find a mailbox for that domaim. So, now I have no way of contacting them and am still waiting for PayPal to settle the dispute, which they as the seller have not responded to either.
