I placed an order on https://discountbloc[removed by editor]/, when I placed my order, the total was $76, however, later I received a notification said I was charged an additional $10 from LISA MESCH (https://discountbloc[removed by editor]/). So I
contacted the website via their message system and also the email address [removed by editor] shown on PayPal to inquire about why I was charged an additional $10 without any explanation after I paid for the order already. But I didn't get any reply from both sides. So I want to cancel the order, but there's no such option to allow me to do it, the stats of the order just showed 'processing'. After waiting for 15 days, I still didn't get the package. So I issued a refund, however, I still didn't get the money back. When I paid for the order, I used my rewards from my card, Paypal first told me they had refunded it to my rewards based on their record. Then I spoke with a bank agent, he said there's no such record showing I received that refund, also he confirmed Paypal does NOT have access to my Rewards. So I called Paypal again, well till now, I still did NOT receive the refund.
