I fell for for it. Invested $1000, used their copy trading method, my profits skyrocketed in just a few days to $7400 profit. I tried withdrawing money and could not. They use a chat for
customer support through [removed by editor] and a chat screen on their website. No one at either is a reputable person, and over a 5 month period I have chatted with about 5 people. None were willing to help, it was all to maneuver me into thinking I could get my money withdrawn if I just paid for the commission fees.<br />

I was originally told that the commission was 10%, later I was told it was 20%. Either way, I am not new to using financial services through reputable companies, when you use their money or services to make an investment and you profit, the fees are generally taken out of the profit. In this case, they told me that I needed to deposit $740 to withdraw the profits. With a now current balance of $8400 in my account ($1000 being my investment, $7400 being the copy trading profit), I told them to use my $1000 to pay for the commissions. They would not do that and said simply, that's not how it works.<br />

I walked away from it for several months and just returned to it again recently to see if I could get anywhere. I was still told a similar story. I offered to pay $100 for commissions to withdraw $900, they said no, I needed to pay the entire $740 to withdraw anything. I asked. ok, let me just withdraw my initial investment, for which there should be no commission against it, they still said no they could not release any money until commissions are paid.<br />

I then explained that I would not do that, I need to see money come out of the account before I put anything more in. AND, if the would agree with that, they would get their commissions paid. If I could prove this to be a working system, I would be happy to pay the commissions out of the money I withdraw. If in the end, I could then pay a little more, to get a little out, that would prove a functioning system and I would probably like to continue investing. With that, the person I spoke to said, ok, how about we split it in half. You pay $370 and we will release $3700. I said perfect, then with that, I will pay you another $370 to have all my money. They said ok.<br />

So, yes I was stupid and deposited $370. Guess what? I didn't get any money. He then said, oh I didn't realize the money has been in the account for several months, I can't split it up.<br />

After much more complaining, he finally sent me someone elses number to chat with that was supposedly a director for the company. I reached out and they said, ok sorry for the hassle, just initiate the withdrawal of all your funds. I asked, what about the commision fees? he said, just initiate the withdrawal and you will get the money. So I did. At this point, the balance showed $8776.67. The deposits had all been through the use of Bitcoin, so that is what I requested and this person said would work.<br />

The rest of the day, the withdrawal page showed "pending", the next day it showed "completed". Guess what? That's right, no money in my account. Now at this point, my account with Finance Advanced Exchange shows $0, and they sent me a confirmation email saying that it is complete on their side. So in looking at that email, they have my Bitcoin address incorrect. I double checked it on my side, I checked it on their withdrawal page, and it's correct there. It is not correct on the email confirmation they sent, which if legit, would explain why I didn't receive it. If the Bitcoin address is wrong, then either someone else will receive my money, or it will be declined; but it shows complete. Also, on the confirmation email, it says that I need to pay $800 in fees for my money to arrive. Where does $800 come from? That's not a 10% number of anything I have done, if it was legitimate, it would say $740.<br />
