Missbrauch der Berichtsprüfung

I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise that never arrived. I received a shipping email the day I purchased with a tracking number, and also followed with my Shop app. The tracking number provided was for a shipping company called Whistl.
Manere’s own shipping info on website says to this day they have not shipped my order. The shop app says the same, and the tracking number through Whistl is invalid. <br />

When reaching out to customer service, they refuse to acknowledge what I’m saying and keep repeating to me that it was delivered. It was not, and their own tracking information concludes that it hasn’t even shipped. It still says on their own website it hasn’t shipped. <br />

Not to mention, I am being treated incredibly rudely by customer service who refuse to acknowledge this discrepancy in tracking info, nor apologize. Even went so far as to say I should have reached out to them when I realized the tracking info was incorrect and that the fault was on me. However, all I know is what I see - that it has not been shipped until today, when I emailed for update only to be told it had been delivered. This is really sketchy. I’ve received no apology, and the brunt of the blame from the company.<br />

I have a strong feeling this company is a scam and that I will never receive my money. I will be filing fraud claim with my credit card.
