I am a foreigner who lives in Cuba I found supermarket23 out of necessity because there is virtually nothing in the stores in Santiago. The SM23 does provide very good customer service and responds quickly to solve problems. One shipment had rancid
taco chips but within 24 hours after I reported the problem my account was credited with the refund. Delivery charges can be expensive and the same rate is applied to your order whether it is big or small. Some prices are outrageously expensive, ie chocolate bars, while other prices can be cheaper than in the market. For example pork is cheaper in SM23 and is properly butchered while in the local market it is just hacked into pieces. The only problem with ordering meat is that nor all delivery vehicles have refrigeration nor is the meat packed in ice thus the meat can arrive thawed I have discussed this problem with SM23 and they are working on solving the problem. Delivery is on time within 10 days and everything is checked upon receipt, if there are any shortages then usually that is delivered the next day. Customer service is excellent
