Blaterbit says "You Won Bitcoin".... NOT!
They are scamming people by contacting them, telling them they won Bitcoin, and giving a promo code for their site to claim your Bitcoin. Then of couse to actually withdrawal the Bitcoin you must first send Bitcoin to them to "validate" the wallet
